RECENT PROJECTS
Here are some of our most recent projects.
UPWARDÂ BOUND SUMMER PROGRAM
July 2017
Our students built some robots for a summer program Competition at Texas Wesleyan University.
3D PRINTING
October 13, 2017
This is one of the designs that our students created on SolidWorks and was printed on one of our PolyPrinters, this part helps our robot's arm to extend even further in order to reach the relic.
SEAPERCH PROJECT
October 17, 2017
We are Polytechnic High School and we are currently doing a SeaPerch project. Seaperch is an underwater robotics program which shows students how to build remotely operated vehicle (ROV). It helps students learn how to use math, engineering, robotics while coming together and working as a team. Some concepts we need to understand while building the ROV would include waterproofing and ergonomics. In order to build our SeaPerch ROV we will need PVC pipes, floaters, battery, cable ties, and electrical components. So far we’ve built the structure of our ROV and as of now we are trying to put together the control box.
